Costa Rica is truly a magical country. At only 0.1% of the world’s land mass, it nonetheless is home to 5% of the worlds known species. Acutely aware of this fact, the beautiful, friendly people of this precious land have devoted 25% of the country to national parks.

These are just a few of the reasons why we call Costa Rica home. We moved here in November, 2006 and have been exploring the area at a leisurely pace ever since.
